Builders

  • Wholesale builders typically work within a local regional area, build in batches, order supplies in bulk and have a referral based model, meaning they focus on operational and supply chain efficiency to deliver value and relationships to generate business. Retail builders tend to have showroom quality options and higher customisation, with a marketing and sales driven model to attract customers.

  • Because wholesales builders focus mainly on building and building efficiency, they can provide really sharp value, with stable supply chains that allow us to offer Turnkey+ and Concrete Price Promise with confidence, although they may not be able to meet all the specs of a highly customised product.

  • Retail builders will often be able to meet customisation demands like types of bench surfaces, tiling and fittings much better, and they will typically have great display homes to walk through. 

  • Absolutely. Although we work mostly with wholesale builders to deliver maximum value, we also work with custom builders for a more bespoke or architectural finish.
